I’m so happy you found me!
I have found that through my combined professional and personal experiences I have tended and honed a collection of skills that I find work better in combination rather than apart. My intention is to create and cultivate spaces for growth, play, ease, and connection. This can happen through a facilitated design experience, creation of a physical space, or through finding connection and ease in one’s own body. Through various modalities I strive to help clients connect more deeply to their own creative vision, personal power, and flow.
I am an artist at heart! I graduated with a BFA from the School of Visual Arts in NYC. After school I found myself following my bliss of being outside. I enjoyed working with my hands and whole body on various farms and educational gardens, learning how to tend plants and animals. It was through those experiences I began studying how to facilitate educational and supportive experiences. I worked at Eden Village Camp in New York’s Hudson Valley for 5 years, as both farm director and director of teen programming. I was gifted the opportunity to create a new summer teen road trip program from the ground up. It was in this year long experience I was able to learn how to fully take the lead on a new big vision; learning and creating the program from all angles.
I received my 200 hour RYT Yoga Certification in 2018 and have enjoyed working with others through their own yoga and meditation practice. My own yoga practice has served me in immense personal and spiritual growth.
Love led me to Nashville in 2018. Since the fall of that year I worked both as a garden educator and program manager with Plant the Seed, a rad non-profit doing garden education with young under resourced children within the Nashville Metro Public School system.
I live just outside of Nashville, TN on a 17 acre homestead with my partner and two dear friends. On this land we aim to learn from, play, and connect with the land through growing and cultivating plants and building spaces for healthy and connected community. We bring our different traditions and heritages (Jewish, Mexican, American) and merge them in creating new ceremonies and songs as we live and dance in reverence with the land. Our vision is for this land to be a space of abundance, learning, ceremony, play, and nurturing for the larger community.
